Workshop Description
Join us for a beginner-friendly embroidery workshop where you’ll design and stitch your own felt patches – perfect to keep or gift! Over the course of this 3-hour afternoon, you’ll learn foundational embroidery techniques while creating a piece that’s entirely your own. You’ll learn to stitch designs, experiment with handmade custom felt pieces, and add thoughtful details that reflect your style. Enjoy coffee & tea (included in ticket!) & good conversation in the warm, intimate setting of our studio. This workshop is designed for slowing down and making by hand. All materials are included. Come solo or bring a friend – either way, you’ll leave with something meaningful you made yourself. No prior experience with embroidery needed – beginners encouraged!

About your instructor
Gabby
Gabby is a New York–based creative with a passion for embroidery, fashion, and hands-on craft. She’s the founder of Dapper Tomboy, a style blog for people breaking barriers of gender-biased fashion. Her work centers on creativity, sustainability, and self-expression.
What can I expect from a workshop at Atelier Dalal?
Workshops are small and hands-on, emphasizing educational instruction on an extensive range of art forms. Our instructors provide 1on1 instruction and guidance during the workshop, and all introductory courses are beginner-friendly.
You will always leave one of our workshops with something you made, plus the knowledge to keep exploring at home.
Cancellation policy
Tickets for this event are non-refundable, so please double-check your calendar before booking! If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend—just have them check in under your name!
