Workshop Description
Design, carve, and print your own custom stamp in this 2-hour workshop. Enjoy a community atmosphere with wine, music, and guidance throughout. Starting with a brief history of stamp making and its roots in printmaking traditions, you'll gain inspiration for your own designs before picking up a carving tool. Learn the basics of block carving – from sketching your design to transferring it onto carving material and cutting clean, printable lines. You'll walk away with a hand-carved stamp ready to use on paper, fabric, cards, and more. All materials provided, including carving blocks, tools, ink, and paper for test prints. No experience necessary - beginners encouraged! *Wine + light refreshments included*

About your instructor
Natasha
Natasha is a Lebanese American designer and structural engineer with a foundation in architecture. Her practice includes oil painting, product design, and photography. She is also the founder of Atelier Dalal.
What can I expect from a workshop at Atelier Dalal?
Workshops are small and hands-on, emphasizing educational instruction on an extensive range of art forms. Our instructors provide 1on1 instruction and guidance during the workshop, and all introductory courses are beginner-friendly.
You will always leave one of our workshops with something you made, plus the knowledge to keep exploring at home.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable, so please double-check your calendar before booking! If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend—just have them check in under your name!
